TREATMENT OF EACH SQUISHY
Each squishy is handmade and curated for the best sensory experience! However, they are not indestructible, so please treat them with care. Excessive squeeze pressures, punctuations from sharp objects (such as nails) are prone to cause the squishy to break. Whilst we expect a quality standard for all our products, it is also on you, as the consumer, to refrain from unreasonable rough behaviours. 

SAFETY 
We recommend our products for children above 6 years old. Guardians, ensure your child keeps the squishy away from their mouths. Our crunchy textures in particular contain small pieces that aren't suitable for children below the age of 6 if broken. 

DO NOT CONSUME
Intended for squish use only.

DO NOT MICROWAVE 
The plastic skins and fillings may explode and are dangerous when hot.

PRODUCT ISSUES & REFUND POLICY
At Squishy Sweetie, we employ quality control processes throughout squishy production, testing, and packaging. However, as we are a small business run by a student, mistakes may occur. This can include wear or tear, or painting issues. No two squishies are guaranteed to look the same. If there are issues with your order, contact us within 24-hours of delivery and attach photo evidence and we will see what we can do for you!

Unfortunately, any issues that arise after play do not qualify for refunds as they will be classified as used. It is your responsibility as the consumer to reasonably take care of your squishy - its life span is up to you!

PROCESSING TIMES
As we are a very small business ran by a student, we have to juggle school and running Squishy Sweetie. We will try our very best to package (process) orders within 72 hours they are placed, excluding delivery time.
