What is the refund policy?
Our squishies are handmade and delicate, as mentioned in our disclaimer. Refunds are only offered if your squishy arrives damaged. Once played with, it is considered used and ineligible. A photo and email must be sent - each circumstance is carefully considered!
When will I get my order?
On busy restocks, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be packed. Usually, orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
AUSTRALIA:
Standard → 1-5 business days
Express → 1-3 business days
NEW ZEALAND
Standard → 4-7 business days
We are based in Melbourne, Victoria so orders nearby will arrive sooner :)
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order. As a small business, we aim to offer the lowest shipping costs and charge lower than AusPost.
